Palliative care phone support

We offer the opportunity for health-care professionals to speak to physicians with an expertise in palliative care. We will provide case-specific advice on how to provide the best palliative care to your patients, whether they live in our service area or not.

What type of advice would your physicians provide?

Our team of physicians can address your questions related to a broad range of topics including:

  • symptom and pain management
  • how to communicate with the patient and their caregivers
  • available resources.

If your patient lives in our service area, the physician who works in that area will be happy to discuss their case over the phone and/or visit the patient, if necessary.

If your patient lives outside of our catchment area, only a phone consultation will be possible.
